My bachelor’s degree is in Psychology, I then went on to pursue a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA (License: PC013788).

I have been working in the field of mental health counseling, career counseling, and holistic wellness counseling since 2013.

In graduate school, I became incredibly interested in mindfulness and its place in self-growth and healing. I have attended trainings and workshops on the topic and have researched it extensively on my own.

I practice yoga, meditation, and mindfulness regularly, and I know the immense power these practices have in my own life. Because of this, I decided to pursue a yoga teacher certification in 2017 after having a personal practice for over 5 years. This afforded me a more comprehensive understanding of meditation and the Eastern wisdom that we’re more recently beginning to value in Western society.

All of this led me to begin doing more research on the science of stress and how we carry in our bodies what is unresolved from our past.

I have combined all of these modalities to form my style as a therapist, educator, and facilitator.
