Begin by reflecting on a value that you feel wed to. It doesn’t need to be your number one value, but one that, undoubtedly, makes the list.

Maybe it’s ..
Kindness. Love. Wealth. Relationships. Autonomy. Learning. Serving. Honesty. Trust. Success. Freedom.

After you’ve chosen this value.. this value that feels intertwined into who you are as a person.. create your intention.

Your intention will have two parts.
Part one: how your value serves you.
Example: I intend to treat myself with kindness.

Part two: how your value can serve others.
Example: I intend to bring kindness into my interactions with others.

When we live through habit, we manifest our circumstances without clear direction. This can lead to feeling incongruent or inauthentic.

One of the most important components of continued well-being is living in alignment with our values. So, reflect on your most deep-rooted values and set your intentions accordingly.
